Cards that stay live
Add tasks by key, link or query. Each card shows the real status from your tracker, refreshed every 30 seconds.
Adding taskstiko puts the tasks from Jira and GitHub on an infinite canvas as cards. Arrange them the way you think. Their statuses update on their own.
curl -fsSL https://tiko.run/install.sh | shLists and columns hide how work fits together. On a canvas you group it, plan it and see what is waiting on what, with statuses that are never out of date.

Adding tasksFrames, sticky notes, text and arrows around the cards, with smart guides that snap things into place.
The boardDrop cards onto a Gantt and get bars with live status, milestones and dependency lines.
GanttPut a timer next to a card. It goes off after a set time or when the task leaves its status.
Timers and focus⌘K searches the board and runs commands, and every tool has a shortcut.
SearchInvite people with a link, as viewers or editors. Everyone sees each other's cursors and changes as they happen.
Working togetherA board has no fixed shape. Three layouts to start from.
Pull the backlog in with one query, drag cards into frames by goal and leave notes on what is still unclear. During the sprint the board shows where each task really is.
Put the tasks of several projects, from Jira and GitHub, on one board. Plan them on a Gantt with milestones and see which bar slips when a status does not move.
Keep the tasks you own and the ones you wait on in two frames. Set a timer on a review you asked for and use the focus timer for the deep work.
The installer sets up Docker if it is missing, starts the latest release and prints the address and the password. A fresh install opens on a sample board, so you can try everything before you connect a tracker.

tiko reads tasks and never edits them. Each person sees what their own tracker access allows.
It talks to your tracker and, unless you turn it off, to GitHub to check for a new release.
The whole of tiko is on GitHub: the code, the roadmap and the decisions behind them. You can run it on your own server and change it under the license.
tiko is an open-source, self-hosted whiteboard where the tasks from your tracker live as cards. You lay them out on an infinite canvas with frames, notes and arrows, and each card keeps showing the real status of its task.
Jira Data Center and Server, and GitHub issues and pull requests. Jira Cloud, Linear and Plane are planned. One board can mix tasks from several trackers.
No. tiko only reads tasks and never edits them. Each person connects their own token and sees what their tracker access allows.
Statuses refresh every 30 seconds while a board is open, with one batched request per board. A closed task is struck through.

Yes. tiko is free software under AGPL-3.0: run it on your own server for as many people as you like. A hosted tiko Cloud with a free plan is coming.
The demo opens a sample board in your browser. You don't need to sign up or install anything.
